Chris graduated in 2008 with the distinguished honor of magna cum laude from the Western Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu in Portland Oregon. His specialty is baking and patisserie.
He is passionate about creating cakes and pastries that are both delicious and beautiful, and enjoys working as a successful pastry chef.
